Rules/Requirements

* Only One Trailer Per Request form - One schedule is equal to one trailer. No combining of appointments.

* No multiple schedules on one trailer - Attempting to deliver multiple schedules on one trailer could result in the entire shipment being refused. We do have a process in place to address the issue for you.

* If you realize you have multiple schedules for delivery that you know will all fit on one trailer and you'd like to deliver them all at one time, please use the PO Addition Form online and call that out specifically in the comments sections.

* If you must combine multiple schedules on one trailer, please follow this process:

  1. Under appointment information list out the appointment number you would like to keep
  2. List the POs and cartons from the appointment you'd like to cancel
  3. In the comments section, summarize that you'd like to combine these multiple shipments under ONE schedule ID number.
 

PO Additions

The PO addition form on line is primarily to be used for HOT or EXPEDITED POs as deemed necessary by Best Buy. If the PO or POs you are attempting to add are not in our internal HOT PO database or deemed business critical, we may decide to not modify a set schedule and add your PO. Any PO additions done outside of this requirement are done as a courtesy only. Please note that if your PO addition is granted it may change your appointment date, time or both.

Our expectation is that you will build your trailer to completion or allow additional days for potential freight receiving's and then submit for your delivery appointment. Securing an appointment several days in advance of your delivery with the expectation of being able to add on to it is not part of the scheduling process and a disadvantage to your customer. Please keep that in mind when submitting your request for a delivery appointment.

We understand that a carrier may not know if the PO/POs in question are in the Best Buy “Hot PO” database. In all cases when requesting a PO addition please clearly state your business need for the addition in the comments section of the form. We will take this in consideration when making our decision.

Abuse of the PO addition form/process could lead to having that privilege revoked and all subsequent PO addition requests returned not granted.
