In the role of the VSA your responsibilities are:
To provide security rights for ExtendingTheReach.com and the Product Information Management (PIM) tool to individuals who need to access to these systems.
To remove security from individuals as they move on and should no longer have access to the ExtendingTheReach.com and PIM systems. This is important to ensure the privacy and security around your information.
To be Best Buy's first point of contact for communications and you being responsible for forwarding on communication to your users as needed.
The VSA must be directly employed by the vendor and cannot be a third party marketing/sales rep. It is also highly suggested that each vendor has two VSA's.
